Dr. Jack Dean will be talking about drug discovery and development of a novel antibiotic, pexiganan. Pexiganan is a peptide found in the skin of the African Clawed Frog with an interesting path to clinical use.

Jack has been working with Dipexium Pharmaceuticals in New York to develop pexiganan for human use since his retirement from Sanofi where he was President, U.S. Science and Medical Affairs and Global Director of Preclinical Development. Registration open on the BIOSA website.
