Robert J. Milligan is a shareholder in Milligan Lawless, P.C., and specializes in health care law. Steven T. Chad Kunze is a Partner at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP.  Chad recently joined CliftonLarsonAllen’s Phoenix practice from the St. Louis office where he served for 18 years as a partner in the healthcare group specializing in aging services, CCRC’s, developmental disabled, HUD, non-profits and governmental.

Greg Anderson is Managing Director of the healthcare practice at Green Manning & Bunch.  Mr. Anderson has nearly 20 years of finance, accounting and tax experience that he brings to healthcare deals in medical products and services. GMB’s healthcare practice has completed more than $2.3 billion in M&A transactions and financings for both for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare companies. Mr. Anderson has managed sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition transactions, senior, high yield and convertible debt placements, and equity underwriting.  Mr. Anderson hold a MBA from theUniversity ofChicago and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, summa cum laude, from theUniversity ofUtah.

Seth Benson is Vice President in the healthcare practice at Green Manning & Bunch.  Prior to joining GMB, he worked in healthcare investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch inNew York where he advised clients in the healthcare services, medical products, life sciences and managed care sectors. His experience includes sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, equity issuances, and investment grade, high yield and convertible debt offerings. Prior to attending graduate school, he worked at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants (now PwC) where he advised healthcare clients on technology strategy and implementation.  Mr. Benson holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology fromDukeUniversity and a MBA in Finance and Health Industry Management from the Kellogg School of Management atNorthwesternUniversity.
