Join the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce’s Hispanic Business Leadership Council for a presentation on Value-Based Leadership from MaryAnn Guerra, CEO of BioAccel. Ms. Guerra is an accomplished business leader who was recently honored as one of the Top 25 Women in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal, co-founded the thriving non-profit BioAccel in the hardest of economic times and has also held prominent leadership positions at the National Institute of Health. MaryAnn has adopted and implemented the principals of Value-Based Leadership throughout her 25-plus years of experience and will share strategies on how you can adopt this leadership style whether you’re a small business owner, administrative assistant or the CEO of a multi-million dollar organization.
