The Supreme Court is expected to issue a ruling on health care reform by the end of June. Please join us for a complimentary presentation discussing the holding of the case and its impact on employer group health plans at Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix.
If health care reform is upheld, speakers will discuss the compliance items that require immediate attention including the new four-page summary of benefits and coverage, W-2 reporting of the value of employer-sponsored medical coverage, medical loss ratio rebates for insured plans, and the $2,500 cap on health flexible spending accounts.
If health care reform is overturned, speakers will discuss how, and whether to, unwind any of the changes that have already taken effect such as coverage for children until age 26, elimination of lifetime and annual limits, and elimination of pre-existing condition exclusions for children.
