D3Bio, a collaboration between the Opportunity Through Entrepreneurship Foundation (OTEF), an Arizona 501c3 corporation, and the Arizona Bioindustry Association, Inc. (AZBio), officially launched at AZBio Trailblazers on December 11, 2014.
