With a looming physician shortage, it’s more important than ever for hospitals to hire–and retain –quality employees. This webinar will highlight how hospitals can develop successful recruitment and retention plans that will lead to savings from reduced turnover and recruitment costs.

Such plans will focus on the recruitment, pre-employment, employment and post-employment stages of hospital employment. Other topics of discussion may include how hospital leaders can a play key role in employee engagement and retention.

Among the topics discussed:

  • Forces that are currently impacting health systems and the resulting requirements
  • Specific measures within the ACA that are influencing health care workforce needs
