With a looming physician shortage, it’s more important than ever for hospitals to hire–and retain –quality employees. This webinar will highlight how hospitals can develop successful recruitment and retention plans that will lead to savings from reduced turnover and recruitment costs.

Dr. Fera serves as the Clinical Transformation leader for EY’s health care clients, with a focus on clinical information technologies that support quality efforts in health care and payer-provider integration. A former practicing physician, Dr. Fera counsels many major hospital systems on how to successfully adapt to the ongoing patient-centric shift in health care, including the deployment of new workforce optimization strategies.
Sheena Cumbest, Director of Human Resources, Lafayette General Health (LGH)
In June she oversaw and led the human resources operations for a large acquisition when the state-run UMC became University Hospital and Clinics, a new entity under LGH. This project involved massive staffing changes implementation of new the orientation program. The acquisition brings forth a private management structure with a new leadership team and financial structure.

Robin is responsible for driving global revenue growth, market awareness, and product portfolio expansion in one of Infor’s largest verticals (healthcare) and fastest growing product suites (HCM). She led acquisition due dilligence, field enablement and go-to-market activities for new Learning Management solution (Certpoint).
